Ethan received his Master’s of Physiotherapy from McMaster University after completing his Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia. As an avid runner, golfer, and weightlifter with an extensive exercise background, he is well-versed in treating clients using an active rehabilitative approach with realistic treatment plans centered around functional exercises.
Ethan has pursued post-graduate education in working with runners and golfers to not only recover from these sport-specific injuries but also optimize form to improve performance and reduce risk of future injury. Additionally, he has training in vestibular physiotherapy and assesses and treats vertigo and vestibular conditions as well as concussions.
Sustainable behaviour change is an important aspect of Ethan’s treatment, as well as instilling an appreciation for the benefits of living a healthy, balanced, and active lifestyle. He believes in partnering with his clients to reach their goals together and educating them on how to self-manage and prevent future injuries.
